Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Part-Time Clinician (NP or PA) to provide in-home health evaluations for plan members in the United States. You'll assess medical history, perform physicals, and connect members with the right care, all in the comfort of their homes.
You'll travel locally and across licensed states as needed, conduct virtual visits when required, and use a tablet-based workflow. Prior certification and active licenses are required; multi-state licenses are a plus.
