Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking per diem clinicians (NPs or PAs) to perform in-home health evaluations for health plan members in Marshall, MN. Clinicians will conduct assessments using an iPad, review medical history, perform physical evaluations, and provide diagnostic and preventive services as ordered by plans.
Visits run about 45 minutes; no prescriptions or lab orders are required. Roles are part-time with per-diem compensation, travel locally and across licensed states,
