Job description
Advantmed is seeking licensed NPs or PAs to conduct structured, in-home wellness and risk adjustment assessments as a PRN 1099 role. Flexible weekday scheduling with no evenings or weekends, focused on autonomy and reliable income. Expected 30 hours per month with travel within a ~55‑mile radius.
Competitive per-visit compensation with mileage reimbursement and robust clinical support. Training provided, EMR-enabled workflows, and dedicated coordinators to assist with scheduling and operations.
