Job description
Advantmed is seeking a licensed NP or PA to conduct structured in-home wellness and risk adjustment assessments for diverse patient populations. This 1099 PRN role offers autonomy with consistent visit opportunities and strong support from coordinators and EMR-enabled workflows.
Flexible weekday availability; no evenings or weekends; travel within ~55 miles of assigned county; minimum ~30 hours per month. Competitive per-visit compensation and mileage reimbursement provided.
