Job description
CVS Health Corporation’s Signify Health division seeks a Full Time Clinician (NP or PA) to perform in-home health evaluations. Visits typically last ~45 minutes and include medication/history review, physical evaluation, and optional tests per health plan.
You’ll travel locally within licensed states and may perform virtual visits, with comprehensive benefits and multi-state licensing encouraged. 40 hours/week, full time.
