Job description
Signify Health is hiring full-time clinicians to perform in-home health evaluations for health plan members across multiple states. You will conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, review medical histories, and perform required diagnostic tests at the patient’s home, using an iPad-based workflow.
The role requires active licenses, board certification, and the ability to travel locally; virtual visits are also part of the duties and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.
