Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, seeks a Part Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide in-home health evaluations. Visits are ~45 minutes, with reviews of meds and history, plus optional tests as needed.
The role offers part-time hours (~29.5/wk), travel within licensed states, and occasional virtual visits. Active NP/PA licenses and board certification are required; multi-state licenses preferred.
