Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking a Part Time Clinician (NP or PA) to provide in-home health evaluations, connecting members with the right care in the comfort of their own homes.
The role involves 29.5 hours weekly, travel within licensed states, virtual visits as needed, and delivering diagnostic and preventive services using Signify Health protocols. Prior licensure and board certification required.
