Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Part Time Clinician (NP or PA) to provide in-home health evaluations. Visits last about 45 minutes, including a medication and medical history review, a physical examination, and any additional tests as ordered by the health plan.
You will not be required to prescribe medicines or order labs. The role requires flexibility to travel locally within licensed states and may include virtual visits.
