Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Part Time Clinician (NP or PA) to perform in-home health evaluations for members, traveling to homes and helping bridge gaps in care.
You will use an iPad with a streamlined clinical workflow, completing evaluations in about 45 minutes. Licensure and board certification are required; multi-state licenses preferred. The role is part-time with travel across licensed states and occasional virtual visits.
