Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, seeks a Per Diem Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide in-home health evaluations. The primary workplace is the member’s home, with visits that last about 45 minutes and optional virtual visits as needed.
Active NP/PA license, board certification, and multi-state licenses are required or preferred. This part-time role offers a base hourly pay plus incentives and malpractice coverage.
