Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Per diem Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide In-Home Health Evaluations in the comfort of patients' homes.
Perform 45-minute visits, use an iPad workflow, and travel locally within licensed states. This part-time role offers malpractice insurance, supplies, and an incentive structure based on visits completed.
