Job description
CVS Health Corporation is seeking per diem Clinicians (Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) to perform in-home health evaluations. You will visit patients in their homes, review medications and medical history, perform basic exams, and provide health evaluations via iPad using a streamlined workflow.
Ideal candidates hold active, unrestricted NP/PA licenses in their coverage area, board certification (Pullman Asotin area), and may have multi-state licenses.
