Job description
UnitedHealth Group is seeking a HouseCalls Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to conduct in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage and other members. The role is field-based within Optum HouseCalls, focusing on improving health outcomes through education and care coordination.
