Job description

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking a Part Time Clinician (NP or PA) to perform in-home health evaluations in Staunton, VA. The role focuses on a 45-minute visit with health history review, physical evaluation, and diagnostic testing per health plan orders.

You will travel locally and may conduct virtual visits as needed. The position requires active, unrestricted licenses, board certification, and consideration for multi-state licenses.
