Job description
Optum Home & Community Care, part of UnitedHealth Group, is expanding its HouseCalls program in Texas. As a HouseCalls Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant), you will perform in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage and other members, focusing on education, gap closure, and collaboration with PCPs.
This field-based role offers flexible scheduling from 8am to 8pm across a 7-day week, no on-call, weekends, or holidays, and generous sign-on or loan
