Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Per diem Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide in-home health evaluations. The role involves visiting patients in their homes, performing medical history reviews, and delivering diagnostic services with a flexible schedule.
