Job description
Advantmed is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner for in‑home wellness and risk‑adjustment assessments. This 1099 PRN role offers flexible weekdays with no evenings, weekends, or on‑call obligations, and includes paid mileage and per‑visit pay.
You'll conduct structured visits across diverse patient populations, documenting outcomes in the EMR and supporting value‑based care. Daily travel within a 55‑mile radius is expected, with a minimum monthly commitment.
