Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Full Time Clinician (NP or PA) to perform in-home health evaluations across the United States, visiting members in their homes and bridging gaps in care.
You will use an iPad with a clinical workflow, conduct medical reviews and physical assessments, and may perform virtual visits as needed. Travel within licensed states is expected, with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time colleagues.
