Job description
Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members around Lewes, DE. This role provides flexibility to align with your lifestyle while delivering meaningful, community-based care.
Travel to patients' homes, conduct non-invasive assessments, review histories, and document findings. Requires Master's in Nursing or equivalent, active NP license, board certification, and BLS.
