Job description
UnitedHealth Group's Optum HouseCalls team is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to conduct annual in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage and other plan members. This non-prescribing, field-based role focuses on education, gap closure, and collaboration with primary care providers.
We offer a generous sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling between 8am-8pm across a 7-day week, no on-call, weekends or holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package with 401k.
