Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to complete in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around Fairfield, OH. This role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to work in patients' homes, balancing professional goals with personal preferences.
Qualified NPs will travel to visits, perform non-invasive assessments, review histories, and document findings while ensuring patient safety and education on wellness.
