Job description
Advantmed is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to conduct in‑home wellness and risk‑adjustment assessments. The role offers flexible weekday scheduling, paid mileage, and strong operational support. Expect 4–5 visits per day with dedicated coordinators to assist scheduling and field operations.
Minimum qualifying NP license, 3+ years of patient care preferred, and comfort with EMR systems are required. In‑home assessment experience is a plus; travel within assigned counties is expected.
