Job description
Advantmed is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to conduct in-home wellness and risk-adjustment assessments for diverse patient populations. This PRN role offers reliable, ongoing income with structure and strong operational support.
Pay is ~$100 per completed visit plus mileage. Most providers complete 4–5 visits per day based on availability. Daily travel within a 55-mile radius is expected, with flexible weekday scheduling and dedicated coordinators.
