Job description
OptumCare, part of UnitedHealth Group, seeks an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to perform in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members in Chillicothe. This field-based role focuses on education, gap closure, and collaboration with PCPs to improve health outcomes in patients' homes.
Offers flexible scheduling (8am–8pm, 7 days/week), no on-call, no weekends, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates. Comprehensive benefits accompany base pay plus potential bonuses.
