Hueman is recruiting Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare and Medicaid members around Winchester, OH. This role offers flexible scheduling and the freedom to balance professional goals with personal life.
Responsibilities include traveling to patients' homes, performing comprehensive non-invasive assessments, reviewing medical history, documenting findings, and providing basic wellness education. NPs are not required to treat or prescribe in the home.
