Hueman is hiring Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare/Medicaid members around Jackson County, Oregon. The role offers a flexible schedule and the ability to tailor work to your lifestyle while contributing to community health.
As an NP, you will travel to patient homes, conduct non-invasive physical assessments, review histories, and document findings. Training is provided; supplies and liability coverage are included.
