Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner to provide in-home health evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care.
You’ll travel locally and within licensed states, conduct visits that last about 45 minutes, and use an iPad with a clinical workflow while delivering Diagnostic & Preventive Services as needed. Part-time hours and competitive benefits are available.
