Job description
Advantmed is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to perform in-home wellness and risk adjustment assessments for Medicare members as a 1099 PRN role. Flexible weekday schedule with no evenings or weekends and supportive operational infrastructure.
Responsibilities include visits, histories, exams, medications review, and EMR documentation, with travel within a 55-mile radius. Training is provided and autonomy is valued. Competitive per-visit compensation and mileage paid.
