Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Full Time Clinician (NP or PA) to deliver in-home visits across multiple states. You will assess health needs, review medications, and perform comprehensive physical evaluations using an intuitive iPad workflow.
The role requires active licensure and board certification, with multi-state licenses preferred. You’ll travel locally within licensed states and may conduct virtual visits as needed.
