Job description
Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a motivated and passionate per diem Occupational Therapist to provide in-home care across designated areas in Western Nassau County. All levels of experience are welcome and training will be provided.
Responsibilities include 1:1 treatment, evaluating patients, creating and implementing personalized plans, and ensuring documentation meets standards. Travel to patients' homes is required in the assigned territory.
