Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time physical therapist for our In-Home Physical Therapy Program in Connecticut. This unique opportunity serves patients needing in-home PT following total joint replacements, with a caseload that is 100% post-op and outpatient documentation lighter than traditional Home Health.
