Job description
Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a motivated per diem Home Care Occupational Therapist to provide in-home services across Western Nassau County. You will conduct 1:1 treatments, evaluate patients, and develop individualized plans of care aligned with physician orders while educating caregivers and family members.
Flexible scheduling and both 1099 and W-2 options are available. NY OT licensure or eligibility is required, and travel to patients' homes within the territory is essential
