Job description
First Care Home Services, Inc. seeks a Pediatric Home Care Nurse to provide skilled in-home care for children. You will assess health problems, create care plans, and deliver one-on-one nursing to promote safe, effective treatment in the child's home.
You will collaborate with pediatricians, monitor treatments, administer medications, start IV fluids, and educate families to support ongoing welfare and rights of the child in a home setting.
