Job description
Connect Pediatrics is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy in the Fort Worth, TX area (76104). You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address diverse patient needs.
The role offers in-home services, flexible scheduling, one-on-one mentoring, and electronic documentation managed by the office team. A Texas OT license and CPR are required; pediatric home health experience is preferred.
