The Springfield Office Team provides caregivers for the Central Illinois area including Sangamon County, Menard County, Morgan County, Logan County, and many others. We are seeking one-of-a-kind individuals to join our team today! Our caregiver jobs are for individuals who are truly committed to providing compassionate care to senior adults and those in need. nIn Home Personal Aide Responsibilities
nnnHelp clients take prescribed medication
n
nnAssist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
n
nnAssist clients with personal care and hygiene
n
nnHelp clients with routine exercises
n
nnPlan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
n
nnDo the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop
n
nnPerform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
n
nnBe a pleasant and supportive companion
n
nnReport any unusual incidents
n
nnAct quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
n
n nIn Home Personal Aide Requirements
nnnPassion to serve others - a true caregiver

nnExcellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid

nnKnowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
