Job description
Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Bay Area home health team, serving patients in Northern California. You will conduct in-home evaluations, develop plans of care, and work with a supportive clinical team to restore independence and daily functioning.
You will supervise PTAs, collaborate with nurses and therapists, and travel to patient homes in Alameda or Contra Costa counties. A $5,000 hiring bonus is offered for full-time PTs.
