Job description
Echo Rehabilitation Center in Middletown, NY, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to provide high-quality in-home rehabilitation services in patients' homes, with onsite workdays 9–5, Monday to Friday. You will evaluate, treat, and educate patients, coordinating with a care team to improve mobility and independence.
The role requires a NY State PT license and a MSPT/DPT, plus 2+ years in home care or outpatient PT. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
