Synaptic Rehab, a patient-centered home-based physical therapy provider in New Jersey, is seeking dedicated Physical Therapists to join our team. You will deliver one-on-one therapy in patients' homes, assess needs, design individualized plans, and monitor progress to support recovery and wellbeing.
