Job description
Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver in-home outpatient rehabilitation to older adults, supporting recovery in the patient’s home or in independent living facilities. You will develop and deliver individualized PT programs, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate with the rehab team to address complex needs.
A Maryland PT license is required, with strong clinical documentation and patient education skills valued.
