Job description
Beyond Home Health Care, a NJ DDD-approved provider, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-home and community-based PT services to adults with developmental disabilities. You will assess mobility, strength, balance, gait, and function, and create person-centered plans aligned with ISP goals.
Work will be conducted across New Jersey with flexible self-directed scheduling, mileage considerations, direct deposit, and weekly pay.
