Job description
Beyond Home Health Care is a licensed physical therapy provider delivering in-home services across New Jersey. We seek a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate mobility, strength, balance, gait, and functional movement, and to deliver person-centered interventions to maximize independence and participation.
The role requires NJ PT licensure, CAPTE-aligned training, and ability to work in home and community settings with flexible scheduling and supportive leadership.
