Job description
Beyond Home Health Care is a NJ DDD-approved provider offering in-home physical therapy services across New Jersey. We seek a licensed PT to evaluate mobility, strength, balance, gait, and functional movement, delivering person-centered interventions to promote independence and community participation.
The role includes home-based evaluations, one-on-one therapy, and collaboration with coordinators and families. NJ license, CAPTE-certified degree, CPR/BLS, and background checks required.
