Job description
Beyond Home Health Care seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home and community-based PT services to adults with developmental disabilities across New Jersey. The PT will evaluate mobility, strength, balance, gait, and functional movement, delivering person-centered interventions to maximize independence and participation.
Requirements include NJ PT license, CAPTE-accredited program, CPR/BLS, and reliable transportation.
