Job description
Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy in Nassau County, NY, is seeking a full-time Home Care Physical Therapist to provide in-home physical therapy services. The role requires evaluating patients, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating with physicians and families.
The anticipated base salary ranges from $95,000 to $110,000 per year with full benefits, generous PTO, and opportunities for CEU stipends and certifications.
