Job description
Synaptic Rehab in New Jersey is seeking dedicated Physical Therapists to provide patient-centered, in-home care across the state. Your autonomy and clinical judgment will guide one-on-one sessions, with scheduling flexibility and support for professional growth.
You will assess, plan, and adjust treatment, educate patients and families on home exercise programs, and collaborate with a compassionate team to deliver high-quality, holistic care in patients' familiar environments.
