Job description
Gulf Coast Village Home Health in Cape Coral, FL is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to deliver compassionate, in-home care to seniors. You will assess mobility, design individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy that supports safety, independence, and aging in place.
In this resident-centered, team-oriented environment, you’ll collaborate with nurses, aides, and care coordinators, educate families, and document outcomes.
