Job description
Henry Ford Health in Detroit is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Home Health Care program. This part-time role offers 24 hours per week with a day shift, serving patients in their homes and driving to assigned locations.
You will implement prescribed PT treatments, work one-on-one with clients to improve pain and independence, and collaborate with your therapy supervisor to refine strategies. A Michigan PT license and valid driver’s license are required; a $6,000 sign-on bonus is included.
