Job description
Addus Family Company seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver in-home rehabilitation for seniors and individuals with disabilities. You will assess mobility, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to improve strength, balance, and pain management so clients can remain safely at home.
