Job description
The Judge Group is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home therapy across Arlington, Burleson, Mansfield, DeSoto, Waxahachie, Cleburne and surrounding areas in Texas.
You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care to improve mobility, independence and quality of life, while coordinating with physicians, nurses and case managers and documenting in HCHB. Valid PT license and ability to travel required.
